Camp Fallujah Iraq 2008 providing Humanitarian support in the receiving of construction material.
Humanitarian efforts in Iraq starting with the receiving of aggregate in an area of the world that doesn't abide by the Navy's 3M ordering system.
Fallujah Iraq, 2008 by the authority of a presidential recall, I had been assigned to the class IV yard under the naval construction regiment and served as the lead petty officer of the 6 acre yard therein. Having created standard operating procedures in the various aspects of quality control, I had then been cross assigned to create a standard operating security gate procedure, working directly between movement control of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force and Iraqi contractors. The mission told to me was to stimulate the local economy while getting our troops off Iraqi roads; besides the movement of the Class IV yard and serving as the beginning of returning of troops back home by direction of the president. Our part was to consolidate the construction materials within camps across the territory, during this period of demilitarization of camps that served as the beginning of bringing troops back home from said region and an example for other units to follow. Many attempts on my life were carried out during this period which led me to reflect deep within myself, reminding myself every night the importance of carrying out my orders so that many could make it back home to see their family and loved ones, although myself faced with the reality of not having the same luxury. Accepting the term of my assignment, I not only was successful in my assigned task, but also remained forever changed. According to C. Wright Mills, “the power of the sociological perspective lies not just in changing individual lives but in transforming society”.
Placing trust in my God and in the United States of America, I, a mold carved by the ritual of reciting the pledge of allegiance, as it had been done everyday throughout all my years of school and hardened through testimony of war. Since the age of 16, I wanted nothing more than to join the ranks of the service men and women whose actions are dedicated to the principles which made my country free. In December of 1997, I made a promise. I raised my right hand and was sworn into the United States Navy under what is known as the delayed entry program. Trust and promise were essential to my success. As Issam Michael Saliba, a member of the Beirut bar and serves at the law library of congress as foreign law specialist for the Middle East and North African Arab states puts it, “a decent democratic society must respect the human rights of the members of the other side, both civilians and soldiers, for two reasons. One is because they simply have these rights by the law of peoples; the other reason is to teach enemy soldiers and civilians the content of those rights by the example of how they hold in their own case.” The transparency of my actions and intentions during the darkest hours of my life reflected the promise of democracy, onto a group willing to kill me inspiring one Iraqi and later an American to place themselves between my certain death and my success.
Thank you Rabeah and BU1

Wherever there is a multitude of facts and assertions to be selected, marshaled into kinds, and used as evidence of a state of affairs, the operations of the mind that guides the pen are fundamentally the same.

The following corrective measures where used to obtain the correct amount of aggregate for humanitarian projects; consequently correcting the deficiencies of the amount of money spent on a product not received.
The following corrective measures where used to obtain the correct materials for humanitarian projects; consiquently limiting exposure on the hostile roads of Iraq.
I had been tasked to Establish an SOP for the Iraqi Transportation Networks' Escort and Gate procedures. Establishing a unique way to limit the amount of troops on Iraqi roads and provide a means to stimulate local economy.
